Job description, responsibilities and duties

At Photoneo we develop and produce robotic eyes that were recognized with the most prestigious awards in the area of 3D machine vision and that currently support more than 2500 applications all over the world. Our HR team is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our family-like teams full of experts in Europe and across the world. Core responsibilities
Help us build and develop new exciting markets
Become a sales expert in niche computer vision technologies
Generate meaningful leads
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships based on trust
Understand and promote company products to prospective clients
Prepare, submit, and negotiate sales contracts for orders with prospective clients
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Attend main exhibition and trade shows
Visit customer premises
Identify new project opportunities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Robotics, Automation, Machine Vision

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience on a Sales position
Fluent English (C1) and German (C2/native)
Negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Technology/sales background in robotics or computer vision is a must
Good interpersonal skills
Capability to travel at least 50% of the working time
Knowledge in the area of automation or robotics is of big advantage
Experience in Machine Vision industry
Excellent knowledge of Austrian, Switzerland & German market
