RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement PM SK organization development strategy, co-ordinate and/or deliver the implementation of all Commercial training & development initiatives at market in order to support the transition to an integrated Commercial Organization.
• Define functional skills, competencies, tools, resources and training methodology to develop and further enhance Commercial organization
• Evaluate and identify critical current and anticipated organization development needs (knowledge / skills / competencies) and propose development opportunities in form of trainings to bridge the gaps and further enhance the knowledge.
• Support and guide the market in improving operational effectiveness in key commercial functions.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse information on the current level of professional skills and knowledge of Sales / Business units in order to build an annual training activity plan.
• Build up, consolidate and maintain a database of feedback related to all the past on-the-job trainings
• Design, produce, and maintain training programs, including classroom and on the job activities to improve.

• Proactive and Agile
• Action Oriented and Problem-Solving attitude
• High motivation level
• Fluent in Slovak and advanced in English
