Job description, responsibilities and duties


• MARKETING STRATEGY, CONCEPT / Execution of a new TOP class strategy in line with targets and budget, strong focus on a core business & brand proposition
• MEDIA, AGENCIES / Planning, communication and negotiation with Media, Advertising and PR agencies
• VISUAL & BRAND AWARNESS / Building brand awareness, introduction of visual communication and styling standards as part of image-making
• CAMPAIGNS / Planning and implementing promotional online + offline campaigns to support product lifecycle, in tune with the strategic marketing plan
• DECISION MAKER & DRIVER / Full responsibility for an execution of corporate identity, final go-to-market strategy, strong cooperation with the other teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy
• TRACK RECORD / Challenging the status quo from Budget planning to result reporting, clear vision of improvements - results, processes, sales channels
• COOPERATION / mainly with Product Marketing & Internal Communication
• KPIs / Setting and delivering main KPIs, Co-ordinating KPI driven marketing campaigns with sales activities (both ATL and BTL), improving lead generation campaigns
• LEADERSHIP / Senior team of advertising, media and merchandising specialists with very close cooperation with media, advertising, production, merchandising and research agencies
• Demonstration of a strong leadership skills, using judgment to make timely and effective decisions
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT / responsibility for key projects, setting up targeted campaigns, preparation of strategies for roll out

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Driving licence


Experience in the position/sector

Min. 5 years on the similar position is a must

• Experienced Expert with a demonstrated history of working in the Marketing & Advertising industry, skilled in Marketing Communication for big brands
• Energy & Drive for results, strong commitment to achieving goals
• Lead by example, taking personal and organizational actions to do what is right for the company success and supports others who do so
• Developing & Managing Relationships, open and honest relationships with others
• Execution Excellence - Plans, execution, improving and delivery business processes to ensure achievement of common goals
• Communication, outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Independent, be able to prioritize and able to operate both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, influencing, interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain a system of strategic and trustful connections
• Business English / C1 level
