Facility & Process Manager


Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava Region
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 300 EUR/monthPossibility of higher starting salary, depending on the applicant's experience
  • Start date: ASAP/By agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for the maintenance and process safety management within the company
- Ensure safe operation and define process safety requirements for employees
- Cooperation in hazard management, risk identification and creation of action plans
- Ensure proper plant operation procedures and manual
- Close cooperation with external contractors, overseeing the efficiency of the contractor management system
- Creation of site assets inventory, identify critical parts to ensure technical integrity
- Close cooperation with the HSE Manager
- Participation in creation and testing of the Site Emergency Response Plans
- Participation in incident investigation with focus on process safety, recommend preventive measures and ensure their implementation
- Cooperation in change management activities within the company
- Provide support in development of training tools
- Evaluate new investment proposals and their impact on the operation

- Relevant previous work experience in a similar position /Maintenance Manager, Facility Manager, Process Engineer, Technologist, etc./
- Active knowledge of English and Slovak language
- Clear communication and definition of tasks
- Dynamic, communicative person
- Proactive approach, finding solutions and streamlining maintenance and operations procedures
- Self-confident appearance, assertiveness
