  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 6 000 EUR/month/145.000 CZK/month + bonuses
  • Start date: By agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our important Client, respected international Tier 1 automotive company, we are exclusively hiring the strategic position of REGIONAL HR MANAGER CEE. This regional HR role is especially suitable for SENIOR HR LEADER with previous international experience, strong strategic thinking and optimization mindset. Willingness to travel across 3 entrusted countries is also very important, as the manufacturing plants are located in 3 countries within CEE region.

1) REGIONAL HR STRATEGY / Participation and co-responsibility for setting and implementing short-term and long-term strategy by identifying and researching HR issues
2) COMPANY POLICIES, HARMONIZATION / Creation and implementation of company policies that will encourage unified, inspiring & engaging work environment in the region
3) LEADERSHIP / Coordinating, leading, evaluating and motivating the assigned HR team. Provide guidance, support and counseling to senior leadership in the region
4) BUSINESS PARTNERING / partnering with local Plant Managers and HR Managers to ensure that strategy objectives are met
5) TALENT MANAGEMENT / Leading talent management programs, performance review, onboarding program, cooperation with the Management in structuring and developing their respective teams, drive the implementation of the succession planning
6) RESOURCES / Ensure the production facilities have enough production resources & resources are managed effectively
7) LABOR LEGISLATION, TRADE UNIONS / Compliance and application of labor legislation, unions negotiations & maintain the union relationship in the region
8) NEW PROJECTS / Leading main strategic HR projects within entrusted countries
9) ADVISORY / Advising colleagues on HR issues and supporting the plants in implementing suitable measures
10) REGULAR REPORTING to the Vice president level

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the comparable HR positions within AUTOMOTIVE or PRODUCTION
- Regional HR role experience will be highly preferred
- Motivated HR leader and team player, ability to think strategically and successfully implement solutions
- Previous experience with collective bargaining with trade unions on a regional level
- Advanced English language is a MUST
- Experience in organizational and personnel development as well as in project management
- Independence, strong decision making skills, great time management,
- Cooperative leadership style, high service orientation
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across entrusted countries
