Job description, responsibilities and duties
Take the opportunity to join our Marketing and Business development team as a CRM Specialist for an international law firm Freshfields.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive data services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Maintaining the data integrity in the CRM system, including verification of information, resolving of duplicate records and editing through linking with external data sources
* Becoming a ‘Superuser’ of data management platforms to support maintaining CRM data quality
* Analyzing data in the CRM to deliver insightful reports and dashboards for analytic requests and support the function to identify trends
* Support colleagues to manage the quality and integrity of data in the CRM system
