  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 800 - 3 500 EUR/monthThe final salary level will be discussed individually.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

PERSONALITY has the opportunity to cooperate with our client located in Bratislava and looking for person and sales oriented member managing the Local Online / Internet Department of 5 members, overseeing daily operations, managing Internet sales channel development and being responsible for Sales activities and results. This person will actively participate in the execution of campaigns, conversion optimization and Product management as well as support their online operations.

• Leading a team of 5 people, responsibility for motivation, work organization and tasks distribution;
• Cooperating with other sales channels in sales activities;
• Establishing cost-effective solutions for achieving sales targets, responsibility for sales results and implementation of the business plan;
• Sales strategy development and introduction of new internet sales approaches;
• Preparing monthly marketing plan;
• Managing and monitoring marketing activities and conducting marketing analytics;
• Responsibility for business development and ongoing business operations;
• Coordinating the implementation of campaigns with the HQ Internet department team;
• Product selection, planning and ordering;
• Database design and database testing for optimal use

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

HTML - Advanced
Content management system (CMS) - Advanced
Adobe Photoshop - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• Proven advanced experience in online marketing / sales;
• Proven knowledge of HTML (experience in Adobe Dreamviewer as bonus)
• CMS experience (Magento);
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge;
• Basic Photoshop/Fireworks/GIMP or similar;
• Good knowledge of other sales channels;
• Experience with customers (preferably in direct sales) and excellent understanding of customer’sbehaviour and sales process;
• Preferably degree in economics, business or marketing;
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and leadership skills;
• Result orientated, focused on execution, proactive person;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good judgement for priorities and Time management skills.
• At least 5 years in digital and 2 years of leadership experiences.
