Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for communication with suppliers, internal customers and other stakeholders
- Negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive prices for purchased goods and services
- Contract management and claim management
- Supporting the procurement demand planning
- Evaluation of submitted offers in tenders
- Researching information on suppliers
- Evaluation of the financial, commercial and technical capabilities of potential suppliers
- Managing contract re-negotiations and prolongations actions
- Using control processes to manage risk in procurement and supply
- Identification and analysis of strategic optimization options
- Encouraging and managing innovation in the supply chain process
- Providing guidance to stakeholders and promoting the use of e-tendering tool
- Researching and analysing data on market changes
