Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Responsibility for direct management of entrusted company departments of a Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive plant
- Strong leadership, motivating and challenging subordinates
- Performance evaluation, continuous employee development
- Developing processes to increase productivity and performance
- Full P&L and cashflow responsibility
- Communication with customers and suppliers, building sustainable relations
- Ensuring efficient resources allocation in order to deliver optimal results
- Implementation of strategies to achieve the expected short-, medium- and long-term goals

- Relevant professional experience in operations or plant management role in automotive industry
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent leadership, people management and motivational skills
- Technical thinking and understanding of technical processes
- Advanced communication skills, ability to build and maintain sustainable relations
- Fluent English and Slovak language knowledge
