Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our important Client, successful international company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are hiring the exclusive position of Supply Chain Leader for Slovak Republic. Our Client's vision is to enable people around the world to live healthier lives at every stage of life and to bring quality medicines to patients wherever and whenever they need them.

The main goal of this position is to manage the whole production flow from production to delivery for 4 entities. You will be also responsible for managing a smaller team of 2 people. This position is a great opportunity for a motivated Candidate with relevant experience from the Pharma or FMCG segment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER AND ORDER MANAGEMENT
• Process and analyze distributors / pharmacies sales data
• Reconcile sales data per distributor / pharmacies with SAP system – managing Sales order and Sales invoice issues
• Control the returned goods and approve Credit Notes
• Monitor the development of aged debts report data, rejected orders report data and credit limit and propose necessary changes related to this agenda

DEMAND PLANNING
• Data analysis To-market / In-market Units, Gross sales, Net Sales, planning
• Consignment stock management
• Oversee the physical stock count when required

STOCK MANAGEMENT
• Control weekly replenishment process
• Analysis of stock movements at each consignment depots and warehouses
• Reconciliation of stock at each consignment depots in SAP
• Drive the physical stock count

SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
• Manage the external database and all related systems ensuring all system-based activities are executed in timely manner
• Involvement in reporting process – for both, internal and external purposes

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Driving operating comitee to review agenda under distribution model, Service Level, improvements in overall set up, corrective actions required by parties or 3rd parties, SOP’s, business development etc.

MANAGING MASTER DATA
• Maintain product pricing and related discount files and manage any changes accordingly to local pricing policy
• Maintain purchase prices in SAP, MOQ – Minimum order quantity, etc.
• Planning management in Rapid Response system

PROJECTS
• FMD Serialization leader for local affiliate
• Distribution model change driver
• Reponsibility for warehouse tenders
• Driving NPI’s – new product introductions
