  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 - 2 500 EUR/month+ attractive yearly bonus (final level will be discussed individually)
  • Start date: By agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role is designed for a detailed and goal-oriented person with a data analysis experience combined with HR environment knowledge and fluent level of English. You will be responsible for HR projects, support and analysis within CEE region and become a valuable part of a dynamic HR team in a worldwide operating production company.

• Collecting and analyzing HR data across the organization and prepare complex reports
• Preparing recommendations for improvements based on data analytics and visualizations
• Performing headcount, personnel costs and budget analyses and forecasts
• Active participation in various HR projects, especially on remuneration and cost optimization
• Closely cooperating with HR, Managers and IT department
• Defining analytical models and tools, their development and implementation
• Ensuring the data accuracy within HR department and its consistency

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Excel - expert

Personality requirements and skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is a MUST, preferably from a production company
• Experience with HR data analysis, budget preparation, cost optimization
• Understanding of HR policies and processes
• Expert knowledge of MS EXCEL (Macros)
• Professional level of English language
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel within Europe
