  • Place of work: Banská Bystrica Region
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 - 2 500 EUR/month+ attractive yearly bonus (final level will be discussed individually)
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role is designed for an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner with a strong can-do attitude and fluent level of English. You will become a valuable part of a dynamic HR team and work closely with HR Group Director in a worldwide operating production company.

The main aim of this role is to become a Strategic partner for the Group in the area of Hiring and Talent management within CEE region. We prefer candidates with international experience, coming mainly from production environment.

• Conduct the entire recruitment process for specific job positions within CEE region
• Active hiring process and identify future staffing needs
• Work as an trusted HR advisor and provide guidance in people management agenda
• Regular business trips across Europe
• Take part in bigger projects or teams responsible to meet objectives of the whole HR department
• Ensure positive candidate experience and resolve complex employment issues
• Be responsible for personal costs for designated business units
• Closely cooperate with HR Group Director and CEE Director on hiring activities
• Cooperation on Employer branding strategies

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is a MUST, preferably from a production company
• Experience with full-cycle hiring process, preferably with cross-border hiring practice
• Proactive, dynamic and energetic work approach
• Professional level of English
• Deep understanding of HR processes and policies
• Ability to work under pressure and skilled in handling multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel within Europe
