  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 100 EUR/month+ annual bonus up to 20%

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsibility for HR Administration
- Communication with the payroll agency, providing correct payroll inputs and check correctness of payroll
- Preparation of labor contracts, job descriptions, etc.
- Coordinating of the recruitment process and scheduling personal interviews
- New employee guidance, managing of onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Administration of trainings
- Preparation of HR guidelines and company policies
- Coordination of salary increase process
- Administration of benefits, HR database and medical checks
- Participation in internal HR projects
- HR budgeting and reporting

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Word - advanced

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

- University education, preferably focusing on human resources or economics
- Active Hungarian and English language knowledge is required
- Knowledge of Labor Code and Personnel Processes is a big advantage
- Dynamic, representative, pleasant personality with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office at user level
