  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 - 2 000 EUR/monthMin. 1.500 EUR gross / month + performance-based bonus

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Identify and implement improvements of value added services for OMV Fuel cards
- Lead the implementation of projects for new products and services with external partners
- Definition of business requirements and creation of communication plans with the marketing department
- Maintain relationship with external service providers
- Act as focal point for Cards department
- Leading the communication between different teams throughout the value added services end-to-end process (Supplier, Customer Service and Sales teams)
- Monitor the market and customer feedback for product development opportunities
- Participation in processing of financial reports from the entrusted area

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. Bachelor degree (ideally Business Administration/Economics)
- Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Project management experience and skills
- Advanced MS-Office skills
- Familiarity with reporting tools
- Slovak language native
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- German language is a big advantage
- Strong IT affinity and understanding of IT processes
- Working in international, multicultural teams
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for business occasionally
- Driving license
