Job description, responsibilities and duties

As the Internal Atlassian Admin you will successfully manage the configuration and enhancement of Jira and Confluence tools, including native functionality, researching, testing and implementing plugins and other integrations.
You’ll lead the management of Jira workflows, screen-, permission-, and notification schemes.
You will be part of the internal IT Team contributing to a continues improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Your Tasks

• Configuring, managing, and enhancing Atlassian Cloud applications, Jira, Jira Service
Management and Confluence, including native functionality as well as researching,
testing, and implementing plugins and other integrations
o Managing Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification
o Understanding the current Atlassian tool process, gathering requirements,
investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with
stakeholders, and implementing solutions
• Configuring, managing, and enhancing Atlassian apps, such as Tempo, Insights
• Building reports and data analyses out of JIRA and Tempo data using BI Tools (eazyBI)
• Design Integrations with external systems
• Administration of our Office 365 subscription
• Revealing optimization potentials (technical and process-related)

Your Profile

• Good overview over Atlassian tools suite and 3rd Party Apps
• Experience in setting up and supporting Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Basic JQL query experience
• Willing to learn customizing Jira workflows, setting up dashboards, and generating
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 tools and Sharepoint
• Experience with Groovy scripting is an advantage
• Quick learner and a proactive working style
• Excellent problems solving skills
• Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team
• Fluent English is essential, German is an advantage
