Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Cooperate in establishing and improving execution strategy within your account
• Create growth and improved earnings through winning further market share and contracts within your account
• Independently handle the full sales process from quotation to negotiation of contract
• Together with sales team and marketing colleagues develop surveys, campaigns, customer fairs etc. within your account
• Act as the customers voice internally, always securing successful customer experiences
• Secure the One-Stop-Shop experience to possible maximum capability within your account
• In a true One-Company context be an excellent team player including both Slovakia and Denmark entities

Information about the selection process

We seek an open minded, proactive and solution-oriented team player with an excellent technical understanding and with well documented international sales experience. Your team player mindset and sales execution competences must go hand in hand. You will be a part of a growing team of competent colleagues, sometimes fast paced and with short deadlines, but always with a smile and lots of humor. We help each other in meeting customer demands and to win further market shares in fierce global competition. You must have experience in handling B2B sales through established and new dealers, sidelong with your own Key account sales. You must be able to capture, document and to formulate customer technical and commercial demands, and to transform these into competitive advantages and quotations to professional customers, expecting nothing but the best. In short, we constantly want to win possible contracts, and you must recognize this winning mentality in yourselves to successfully be a part of our team. As our customer base are truly global, you must at least be able to communicate professionally in English language, verbally and in writing. Further language skills will be highly valuated, as well as a truly international mindset. Range of tasks is very wide and based on your competences, we will train you further to make the perfect fit into current and future job portfolio. You can expect 20-40 travel days worldwide, depending on situation and your interests.

Personality requirements and skills

• International sales background and well documented and relevant international sales management experience
• As products can be technical advanced and complicated a technical background will be highly valued
• Willingness to go the extra mile in securing and winning orders in fierce global competition
• You master English at a sufficient level, verbally and in writing
• Experience/knowledge regarding applications within the Food & Beverage, process, metal industry or similar is a clear advantage. Preferably you have knowledge and know- how to interact with international classification.
