  • Place of work: Germany, Austria, Abroad - Others (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/monthBase salary starting from 1200 € based on experience and skills. Extra benefits starting from 500€ and sales commissions. Your pay depends fully on You and Your sales results, only limited by Your results, more You sale, more You get.
  • Start date: ASAP or upon agreement
  • Contract type: full-time, trade licence

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for agile and successful person with proven evidence of international sale skills. The candidate should be independent, universal, and able to find business opportunity where others do not see them. Successful candidate shall have open space for implementation of new methods to gain new business opportunities. Candidate can rely on talented team willing to help him as well as company management. You are the one to lead your direction and way of your work. You shall have free hands to realize yourself.

- Pro-active search of new business opportunities on EU markets,
- Business meetings with potential customers, company presentations,
- Creating of Business and marketing strategy for particular markets,
- CRM, weekly reporting and evaluation,
- Creating of Commercial offers, responding to RFQs and Tenders,
- Participations on projects implementations,
- The position requires regular traveling within EU.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

- Very Good English / German written and spoken is a must. Both languages is an advantage,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness,
- Independence, creativity and pro-active
- Presentation skills,
- Experience with creation of quotations and tender submission forms,
- Technical background/understanding along with sales skills is an asset,
- Proven experience in sales min. 2 years,
- Experiences with injection molding projects, CNC machining projects are an asset.
