Data Governance Specialist

The position will focus on establishing and ensuring adherence to a data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, both at the departmental, Business, and Functional areas level, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and explainability of Enterprise data assets. The Data Governance Specialist serves as a main point of contact for all data governance stakeholders and closely works with Business and Functional areas in Orange Slovensko as well as with Orange Group teams to contribute the most to further development of Data Governance domain.

Responsibilities:
* Defines, operates and ensures adherence to enterprise wide data governance framework/process, with a focus on improvement of data quality, understandability and explainability.
* Develops & maintains inventory of the Enterprise data assets (e.g. Business glossary, Data dictionary, Catalogue of data quality controls, Report catalogue, Catalogue of AI models etc.) operates over any used data platform (e.g. GCP, Hadoop, Oracle DWH).
* Designs, operates and promotes data governance tools for management of enterprise data assets catalogues (e.g. Business glossary, Data dictionary, Catalogue of data quality controls, Report catalogue, Catalogue of AI models etc.)
* Animates of transversal community of data governance stakeholders from all other OSK departments.
* Coaching and mentoring of key data governance stakeholders across the organization.
* Actively participate on Data & AI projects / initiatives covering data governance part.
* Possible working in SCRUM agile delivery teams.
* Closely cooperation with OSK Data Protection Officer to ensure all compliance and regulatory protection requirements are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of data governance framework/process.
* Main point of contact for Orange Group in all data governance related matters (e.g. mutual knowledge sharing, participation on group projects covering data governance part).
