Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main responsibility of the HR Business Partner is to drive business growth through our people. People are considered as one of our biggest assets, that is also why we call this role People Partner. He/ She delivers the full spectrum of HR and leadership expertise to ensure effective and sustainable working relations and performance. The People Partner provides strategic and tactical consultation to the business in all people related matters and is the main point of contact for the senior management of the respective business area.


The People Partner is reporting to the Employee Experience Manager directly.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Partnering with, consulting with and influencing the business area on HR needs to enable sustainable business growth achieved in line with our strategy, purpose, and values
• Driving and influencing a positive employee (life) experience throughout all moments that matter
• Acting as a Change Agent and supporting the transformation across the company
• Designing the future of our organization in partnership with the business and mapping current to future state with total rewards, talent attraction, and financial planning
• Leading through strategic workforce planning while balancing intentional organizational design with headcount plans and constant change
• Partnering across Learning & Skills Development, Talent Attraction, and the business to ensure we’re setting people up for success

Personality requirements and skills

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• University Education in a relevant field of work
• 7+ years of direct and relevant HR experience, preferably in a People • • Partner or equivalent role
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships at all levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to quickly adapt to change
• Teamplayer with high level of integrity and commitment
• Strategic thinking ability paired with a can-do mentality
• Ability to exercise good judgment to make decisions without full clarity of all relevant facts in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Slovak and English
