Within the Orange Wholesale division, International Carriers (IC) is the Group entity in charge of business relations with international operators, content providers and GAFAs on wholesale and connectivity services. With a staff of 500 people and offices in Paris and in 13 countries around the world, IC manages three main types of business: voice, data and internet, and mobile services.
IC brings together all the areas of an end-to-end commercial activity: pre-sales, sales, marketing, after-sales service, sales administration, communication, and finance. Within IC's Marketing department, the Business Support Manager is responsible for sales support of the different lines of solution products, the management of bespoke and complex offers, and the training of the sales teams.
About the role
The Service Delivery Project team provides project management and customer relations from ordering to delivery within the scope of Mobile & Data products and Complex Projects. Within the team, the Project Manager:
• Ensures customer relations and communication throughout the project life.
• Defines the organization to be put in place as well as the deliverables and key milestones.
• Sets up a project team and defines the processes, tools, planning and indicators that are to be used.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders: customer, suppliers, partners, sales teams, marketing, etc…
• Manages and anticipates risks and contingencies on the project.
• Ensures the delivery of the project by controlling the criteria of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction in compliance with contractual commitments.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within telco field. Certification in project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile and data services is considered as an advantage.
• Customer facing experience with large enterprises is a must.
• Experience within multicultural environment.
• Leadership, rigor, customer orientation and sense of results.
• Fluent level of English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and transversal management.
• Must be able to maintain good customer relationships.
• Knowledge of mobile and data services is considered as an advantage.
