Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your role will be to enable Orange Business Services to deliver customized solutions and meet contractual requirements for complex programs which will require key Order Management skills. Depending on the size and complexity of the contract, the level of responsibilities may be shared with OTC Director or Program Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End-to-end life cycle management of any incoming service request from order to delivery.
• Define, implement, and execute service request management related processes/procedures.
• Contribute to customer catalogue and support customer renewals.
• Resolve Order management issues for the life cycle of the request.
• Ensure processes are in place applied and improved according to best practices.
• Ensure quality of the information contained in the inventories for delivered services handled through the customer order management process.
• Guarantee billing capability by capturing all delivered services.
• Contribute to revenue and cost assurance actions.
• Act as second level escalation for delivery issues from CBU, Customer, Sales, PMO, Delivery teams.
• Interlock with customer and internal or external delivery teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer order management activities defined within QTB.
• Create Governance model for Service Request Management specific to customer contractual requirements but in line with standard QTB processes.
• Monitor performance against KPIs/SLA and produce reports based on business requirements.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in Customer Relationship Management or Order Management role (or in similar environment) within Telecoms/IT environment.
• Good knowledge of ordering, delivery, provisioning, and billing processes.
• Experience within international environment.
• Fluent level of English language; other foreign languages is a plus.
• Able to coordinate teams and work towards targets and deadlines.
• Customer orientation and proactive customer communication.
• Keen on improvement projects and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent presentation and delegation skills.
• Demonstrate responsibility and taking ownership.
