Job description, responsibilities and duties

Please note that this role will be on fixed term contract.
Talent Acquisition Specialist will be Supporting, coordinating and managing and all recruitment activities for OBS within Europe (UK, Nordics, Benelux, DACH), building relationship with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders, creating great experience for Hiring mangers as well as for candidates. Owning the recruitment process from Job posting until the top candidate is selected, ensuring the flow of profiles happen regularly as per SLAs, creating strategies around sourcing mix and candidates pipelines. Would own the market mapping and Market intelligence information, to be an expert in business knowledge and refined sourcing skills.

Job responsibility
• Understand the business well and the requirements /expectations of the role
• Engage with business managers to provide support on their hiring needs
• Creating effective and precise search strategies
• Manage the trackers and database to ensure real time data is available for all positions he/she is handling
• Work closely on the KPIs and SLAs and have full accountability to ensure we meets the KPIs at all given times
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Oversee the utilization of standard processes to select candidates best aligned with the Organization culture, values and job requirements, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 1 year recruitment experience ideally within Telco/IT
• Knowledge of social networks/digital recruitment, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way.
• Social Media Branding awareness
• Ability to develop strong relationships with Hiring managers and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
• Excellent English (other languages are advantage).
