Job description, responsibilities and duties
Become a part of Novartis, the no.1 pharma company in Slovakia by representing a group of Key Account Managers who would be responsible for implementing the key client sales strategies that have been developed in cooperation with product and sales management.
This role would be responsible for one of our products in Cardiology supporting regions of Trencin, Zilina and Banska Bystrica.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Achieving sales objectives for the products within his/her responsibility
• Ensuring expenditures are within the assigned budget and that spending and selling forecasts are accurate
• Ensuring that all implemented activities and services align with Novartis’ guidelines as well as compliance with local pharmaceutical ethical association guidelines
• Continuously reassuring physicians’ needs and works with the Novartis organization and invests own budget resources to fulfill those needs
• Analyzing, developing, and implementing marketing and sales strategies and tactics based on relevant industry trends and opportunities leading to significant performance results
• Continuously reassuring physicians’ needs and works with the Novartis organization and invests own budget resources to fulfill those needs
• Together with Sales, Product Manager, and other key internal partners discusses and compare key account meeting results and alignment with product strategy
• Supervision of budget development in the defined market region
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Medical preferred
• Native Slovak
• Proficient English
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience promoting ethical products to specialist physician targets
• Good communication skills
• Sales-driven person
• Strategic thinker
• The overview of the current pharma market
Desirable requirements:
• Experience in the field of Cardiology
• Flexibility
