Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced SCCM professional who will join our Operations team that is managing large (40k+ clients) SCCM desktop management environments.


You will join our SCCM Operations team and your work will be placed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. There are no on-call duties and no night or weekend shifts and we can provide you with an option to work from home. You can also expect to be involved and help on different projects.


- Participation in the daily operations of incident, service, and change request management on various SCCM desktop management environments
- MSI packages creation/deployment, system implementations
- SCCM/MDT/ADK/SWC/OS/SQL and related technologies patching and upgrades
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Managing client solutions using GPO
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Automatization and optimization of processes
- Creating documentation of operations and service
- Your qualification and experience


- 3+ years of experience with SCCM, Windows Server 2008/12/16, Desktop operating system Windows 7/8/10, O365, SQL server reporting
experience with client management solutions (GPO)
- Fluent English both spoken and written
experience working with MAC environment is more than welcomed

It is your advantage if you have the knowledge of Intune, MS Azure, MSI packages
As a desktop management professional who has worked within Microsoft SCCM (CB), you have also knowledge/experience with:

- Creation of packages/applications, programs/deployment types, collections, and advertisements/deployments
- OSD: Task Sequences, Driver packages, WinPE/ADK, PXE
- Image creation using DISM/ImageX/MDT
- OS/MS Office/Software Updates management
- Advanced troubleshooting (ability to effectively work with SCCM logs, etc.)
SCCM/SQL reporting
- Configuration Baselines
- Windows OS (7/8/10) including the registry, file system, UAC, profile management, etc.
