Your New Job
ngena is seeking an experienced Service Portfolio and Pricing Manager to manage, optimize and maintain all commercial drivers of our growing managed service portfolio.

As a Service Portfolio and Pricing Manager you are responsible for:
You interact with our technology partners to be the first to know about price, portfolio or commercial terms changes and keep an eye on roadmap and EOS/EOL announcements as well
You evolve and optimize the pricing model feeding our quoting tool to make sure we can offer the most competitive service offers to our partners.
You own our service portfolio description and keep it concise and up to date in collaboration with our product managers
You create the documentation and information material needed for our customer facing colleagues to fully stay on top of our service offering and pricing model – be it for new deals, extensions or any other change request.
The service portfolio that you will manage covers SD-WAN services from currently 3 vendors, Access provided through global vendors, various service components from CSPs and cloud security providers, plus ngena managed service components.
Specialized sourcing teams will be your partners in maintaining our pricing engine feeding our quoting tool
You will interact with product managers to define clear and competitive pricing schemes for new services to be added into the portfolio
You may join new product introduction teams as SME to evaluate new technology providers

YYour Assets
BS / MS degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field
3+ years experience working in a commercial role (commercial product manager, bid manager, pricing manager, service manager) in a technology field – preferably IT services provider or telecommunications
Well versed with telecom business processes (B2B)
Experience in Enterprise Networking is a plus
Ability to dig into how complex things work, and determining how to make them simpler
Ability to collaborate with multiple product managers, sales teams, sourcing teams and other cross functional stakeholders.
Customer-focused, self-starter with high levels of initiative
Enjoys a structured and analytical approach to work and drives process with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Flexible to work across geographies and time zones to ensure proper communication
