Your new job:

Verifies functional and non-functional aspects of delivered software at the end of every sprint
Self-organizes and applies cross-functional competencies to create high-value products
Works with other team members to adopt the agile framework with the goal of improving software development practices and creating high standards of work
Advocates improving quality during all stages of software development
Creates high quality acceptance tests from acceptance criteria and quality standards that help the scrum team understand the value of the user story from the user's perspective
Supports team members, both locally and globally
Actively practices emotional intelligence (empathy, self-awareness, self-motivation, self-management, systematic approach) on project teams and throughout the enterprise
Fosters a culture where risks and issues are managed at the lowest responsible level by communicating and collaborating with team members
Looks to increase knowledge within the specified business domain with continual improvement, whilst gaining an understanding of the overall landscape
Continually develops deep functional skills while exploring cross-functional skills
Supports building a Community of Practice to enhance continual learning

Your assets:
Candidate must possess experience on Billing Testing Projects
Testing experience in ERP financials (Oracle/Epicor/SAP)
Knowledge about accounting principles
Highly skilled in numeracy
High level attention to detail
Proficiency in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience with JIRA and Confluence test tools will be considered an advantage
Ability to create test scenarios from functional requirements and/or User Stories
Manages time effectively by placing the right focus on value added operations
Advanced knowledge of tools and techniques used in manual testing
Understanding of agile practices will be considered an advantage
Ability to document test results and provide clear evidence with repeatable steps, to allow developers clear insight into the problem
