The Partner Marketing Manager for Europe (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) is responsible for driving the company’s overall marketing strategy for the region. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing program to achieve branding, partner marketing and go-to-market objectives for our EMEA and APAC partners.

The partner marketing manager is the go-to-expert for market trends and works closely with cross-functional departments to support all areas of the market development, including marketing communications, sales, pre-sales, solution providers, and product management.

Design, create and execute the marketing strategy for the European and Asian markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing programs—from content creation to campaign execution, including creating, editing and translating marketing content
Be the Marketing leader for the regional Partner Managers and guide them on what is the marketing strategy for their partners. It's a true teamwork
Understand our partners and work hand in hands with them to assure we all succeed
Monitor, measure and report on campaign effectiveness
Work with senior industry customer executives and partners to share ngena thought leadership and drive business opportunities
Lead and deliver industry briefings and marketing training to ngena's team and resellers throughout Europe
Drive key tradeshow strategy and execution, conduct marketing webinars and generate marketing-qualified leads for the region
Gain insight from customer engagement on product features and needs, and collaborate with product marketing and product development to prioritize and incorporate into the ngena product roadmap

what you can bring

You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management information systems or a technology-related field
Direct working experience in the European region
At least 4 years of experience in marketing, industry consulting, market research, campaign design and implementation; ideally in the IT or Telco industry
Deep understanding of business practices and customs in the EMEA market
You convey professionalism and credibility to build relationships with executive-level prospects and partners
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with independence
Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hubspot knowledge will be considered a plus
Strong presentation and writing skills
Fluent speaking, writing and reading skills in English
