Solution Delivery Manager

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthOur final offer will depend on the seniority and experience of a candidate.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Understands Payment card business products and services or Payments in general
• Understands client’s requests and clarifies them with the sales team and/or the client directly
• Suggests a solution or solution alternatives based on a client’s needs and in cooperation within the company
• Consults and explains benefits and limitations of suggested solution alternatives, helps clients to adjust or modify their requirements to meet an optimal target
• Translates business needs into business requirement documents
• Prepares inputs/information needed for a client’s offer including the effort estimates, solution description and assumptions based on inputs from other teams
• Presents solution design, functionalities and features to clients
• Manages smaller implementations, focuses on delivering the results within agreed costs and timeline
• Is the liaison among sales team, technology teams, test team and support teams
• Interfaces directly with banks, third parties, sales team, vendors, other internal departments, etc., to ensure adherence to established policies, practices and timeframes
• Prepares manuals of systems and training materials
• Performs additional job duties as required

• At least 2 years’ experience in service, product, account management, project management or comparable job
• Client and service oriented
• Experienced in gathering requirements and structure the various inputs
• Solution and delivery oriented
• Fluent English, other languages are an asset

• High level of social competence, good communication and analytical skills
