1. Focused on sourcing and headhunting multinational IT talents:
- Contacting the candidates all over the world through different sources (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, Twitter and beyond)
- Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with Top IT talents
- Verification and selection of applications
- Job advertising with close cooperation with Employer Branding and Marketing specialists

2. Updating our internal database:
- Registering information from the whole recruitment process
- Taking care of timely and accurate uploading necessary information

3. Building and developing partner relations with Candidates:
- Providing memorable Candidate Experience to make our candidates come back to us in the future
- Taking care of high standards of the recruitment process
- Providing clear feedback to candidates to make the recruitment process transparent
- Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs.

1. prescreening

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Passion for pursuing a career in Human Resources and building great places to work
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Availability at least 20 hours per week
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Common sense approach and lots of initiative
- Enthusiastic team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get on with the job
