Job description, responsibilities and duties

NATEK is growing and our goal is that you #growITwithus and our business partners too. Therefore we are searching for experienced (L2/L3) Windows Admin, who is ready to bring his expertise to a stable team of IT department within one of the best Slovak companies providing car financial services.

Responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration and management of Windows server operating systems and system infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, change management, administration and application of security patches (Patch Management) of the mail server
- Monitoring of security parameters, solving security incidents, problems and change requests
- Monitoring of performance parameters, automation and design of preventive optimization measures
- Maintaining the operation of servers in terms of Patch Management, hardware rules and regular software and system audit
- Support for second and third level Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
- Creating and maintaining documentation for installation, use of software and hardware
- Management of regular and irregular backups of electronic data
- Cooperation with vendors in the deployment of new applications into operation

You must have knowledge of:
- MS Windows Server 2012R2 / 2016/2019 administration
- MS Exchange administration
- Basic security standards (ISO, CIS, Cobit) and hardening options of Windows Server OS
- Patch management automation, with active monitoring of performance and security parameters of operating systems
- Design and implementation of GPOs focused on multi-tier management of OS
- Enterprise CA and PKI
- Virtualization platform
- English language at communication level
