Expenses Management Analyst

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Perform analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings
- Investigate new methods of management
- Track all maintenance contracts and software license entitlements ensuring alignment with appropriate assets and coordinate efforts for renewals including removals, changes to maintenance levels, etc.
- Develop exception reporting and metrics to ensure that all items are entered and accurate and transfers are managed
- Work on Medium to large department/enterprise projects
- Actively participate in the planning, ordering, tracking of enterprise telecommunication projects (e.g. TDM to VOIP transition, Smartphone refreshes, etc.)
- Evaluate contracts, RFPs, SOWS, SLAs and prepare requirements for same
- Review, allocate and approve vendor invoices received from supply vendors and service vendors.
- Liaise between operations teams, engineers and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability. This includes items for the network as well as Telephony environments.
- Participates in business requirements meetings as needed.
- Liaise with business & IT teams regarding new vendor contracts & renewals
- Manage new acquisition integrations

- Monitoring and mitigating financial risk associated with zero/excessive cellular usage
- Wireless Plan optimisation
- Research coding for invoice fallout
- Wireless account migration of newly acquired specialty companies/health plans

- Circuit (data and voice, moves, adds, changes, disconnects (MACD) ordering and tracking provide updates as necessary
- Assist Finance with new site location information
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to other team members

- Experience in working with financial data
- Ability to negotiate and lead successful international communication
- Experience in working in international companies and in communication with foreign branches
- Very high analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent English
- Fluent Slovak
