What would be your responsibilities?
As a Human Resources Intern you will support the HR, Learning and Organizational Development (HRLOD) department to support the Area Offices of 2 regions EME and Africa. The main responsibilities would be:
• Support the recruitment process
• Support orientation process of newcomers
• Coordination of electronic attendance system when needed
• Ensure updated Employee files and the Org chart
• Support Employee wellness
• Research on current and future HR trends
• Assist with any administration needs of the department
• Support on Learning and Organizational development projects
