Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a customer support worker, who is not afraid of challenges, likes innovation and wants to share his or hers ideas. In addition to a good mood, which you should not miss every day, we welcome if you are a good speaker in English. If you speak other foreign languages, such as Spanish, Croatian, Bulgarian, Italian, Swedish, Danish and others, you have a clear path to us. If you think you are the right person, send us your CV!

After trial period, it is possible to move to a permanent home office.

Your job will be:

- e-mail, telephone and chat communication with customers,
- customer support,
- provision of general product information,
- solving client requirements,
- routine administrative work, invoicing (SAP),
- communication with suppliers.

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- a sound overview of musical instruments is an advantage,

Brief description of the company

Muziker runs a successful E-shop in 26 European countries and a network of 13 large retail stores in the biggest shopping centers in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since 2018, MUZIKER has started with continuing integration of different product categories to its business, starting with golf equipment, sailing and yachting, bikes and other technological gadgets.

Muziker sales staff consists mostly of experienced musicians, sport enthusiasts or people passionate about their lives, who are always willing and ready to give advice and to answer any question. They have years of experience and expertise, and although very professional, their approach and attitude as well as the dress code is very informal.
