We are looking for an innovative, ambitious, team player to join our team as an HR Generalist to facilitate all key HR functions and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting first-line managers with HR-related inquiries;
- Administer employee records including enrolments, changes, and terminations;
- Keep the HRIS system up to date and in line with internal processes;
- Assist with new-employee background checks;
- Play an active role in the onboarding and separation process;
- Be a vital part of the group HR Team with your contribution to the implementation of the Group-HR-roadmap;
- Together with HRBP, drive performance & development programs in assigned areas.
