In order to translate the business requirements into the design and delivery of technology applications we are currently looking for an experiencedSenior Digital Analyst (D&A, Web, Agile) to join our IT team supporting our Global Human Health subsidiary based in CEE, Poland (full-time, indefinite)..

As the Senior Digital Analyst (D&A, Web, Agile), you will cooperate closely with the Business and you will combine the overall technology orchestration, front end development, back end development as well as automation activities.

We are looking for a digital native individual with a broad basis of technology understanding, who is equally motivated to continuously and quickly learn about new technology applications in the field of marketing and broader healthcare.

The Primary Activities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Understand and clarify business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Develop/adapt dashboards using Qlik sense in collaboration with local and regional data teams.
  • As part of market agile teams, contribute to the delivery of product releases by resolving design issues and questions during the delivery lifecycle.
  • Design quality solutions in both agile and scalable methodologies, taking responsibility for the quality and testing of the software that the team produces.
  • Drive compliance with our Company’s cyber security standards and Software Development Lifecycle management methodology, as well as architectural standards.
  • Control existing and future IT and data platforms and deploy integrated solutions.
  • Understand market-specific regulatory and compliance needs relevant to digital capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Keep up on market trends and new use cases for design, data models, and analytics and suggests evolution of the architecture according to these external and internal circumstances.
  • In cooperation with the regional and global Digital Technologist community, evaluate software and data providers to ensure interoperability within internal and/or external technology landscape.
  • In cooperation with the regional and global Digital Technologist community, contribute to platform solution working with cross regional teams (IT Tech centers).
  • In cooperation with the regional and global Digital Technologist community, generate framework concepts and coding definitions for local-specific enhancements to global platforms and provide guidance to market-based agile teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, including Qlik modeler. Alternatively, experience with other data visualization/BI tools like Spotfire, Power BI or Datorama.
  • Experience with end-to-end setup and use of web tracking/tag management tools like Tealium, Google Tag manager and Google analytics.
  • Proven experience with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Ideally, good overall understanding of full stack development (front-end and back-end development) and working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Knowledge of SQL & ETL.
  • Experience using common development frameworks and cloud usage & configuration.
  • Proficient English knowledge, both written and spoken. German knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Preferably career experience in the technology Startup sector as well as knowledge of Content management Systems (Wordpress) and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar products.
  • We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about technology and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate matrix organizations and comfortable to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changes for continuous improvement of IT Products.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business to influence outcomes without formal authority.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
