Job description, responsibilities and duties

POSITION PURPOSE: The Move One Relocation Coordinator is a senior member of the relocation team handling immigration and destination assignments and is the primary point of accountability for Move One’s Relocation Management Company clients (RMCs) regarding destination (relocation) and immigration services in their assigned destination (Czech Republic) and for assigned account in accordance to client´s alignment.
The Relocation Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the local Relocation Consultants in their assigned destinations with guidance, updates, and service related information as well as responsible for cost review and management.

Main responsibilities:
•Discussing and confirming service needs, interests, and requirements with the Assignee •Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee, customer, and HR Manager throughout the service;
•Recording vital service-related information in internal software daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs other fields;
•Work with real estate agents as and when appropriate to ensure the properties selected meet the budget and requirements of the Assignee and that appointments run to schedule; •Act as a subject matter expert in terms of local area in respect of housing, schooling, recreational and leisure amenities, etc.;
•Providing clear guidance on the immigration procedure, requirements, timelines, and documents required for the process with an indication of who provides documents and in what format
•Supporting the Consultant with guidance, advice, and training during the service

Information about the selection process

University degree preferable or equivalent
Service industry/ Customer service work experience,
Experience with immigration compliance would be considered as advantage
At least 3 years experience in corporate services, relocations, global mobility, HR Mobility
Experience in leading/organizing small teams of up to 5 people
English language - advanced level,
Strong PC skills
