  • Place of work: Pluhová 2, Nové Mesto
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 250 EUR/monthFrom 1 250 EUR/month The offered salary is for the full time position and the final salary depends on the hours worked, relevant experience, professional and language qualifications. We are also looking for part timers from 30 hours a week.
  • Start date: 01.03.2022
  • Contract type: full-time, part-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Willing and flexible response to the requirements of our regular and potential customers.
• Providing information to customers via email as the first contact.
• Helping customers with their questions.
• Providing product and technical information.
• Resolving of complaints and related administration.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Comfortable with fast paced schedule driven development
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory
- Multitasking
- Flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Previous customer service/sales experience is a plus
- Any other language from level B2 and higher is a plus
- Confident and pleasant manners, ability to build solid relationships
- Accuracy and attention to details, good organizational skills
- Logical thinking, business orientation
- Team spirit as we work in a team
