The job holder leads the performance management of the Supply Chain functions across the MEU network within LCC scope. Daily collaborating with the cross-functional teams in the supply chain.
How you will contribute:
Generate and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI’s overview for different streams as to identify the potential route causes and areas for improvement for mutual goal to improve transport service and reduce logistics costs.
As a reference KPI reports available to work with and build on further:
- On-time Collection (OTC)
- On-time Delivery (OTD)
- Order fulfilment rate (rejections)
- Real Time Tracking Visibility (RTTV)
- Vehicle Utilization (VU)
- Cost bridge
- Claims
- Transport Capacity Management (TCM) – volume projections vs contractual capacities
- Carrier ranking (A-B-C)
- Transit Lead times (based on GPS tracked shipments)
- Cancelled orders by plants (booked but not realized)
- Dock Booking compliance
- Dwell times
- Any other in meanwhile
Based on the available reports and data, build a “Supply Chain” master report to show and track performances across the functions so to identify the areas for improvements across and build use case with potential benefits via operations and costs.
