As Global executive Assistants Lead you are responsible to ensure Assistants are providing excellent administrative support to senior executives (internal customers), according to the agreed framework (type of support specified by band/function).

Assistants support their customers by carrying out defined administrative activities (travel & expenses management, calendar organizing, liaising with the team & connected functions) on their behalf.

They are responsible for a broad range of activities depending on their customers’ needs ranging from administrative tasks, through issue resolution and query handling, to actively contributing or leading to projects within the team/division on their customers’ behalf.

About the team

Team of Executive assistants are currently located in 2 regions, team of 12 located Bratislava and 5 located in North & Latin America supporting senior executives remotely. Their main responsibility are as follows:

- Manage daily schedules for 3 or more senior executives - based on Salary Grade
- Organize and maintain an efficient schedule at all times
- Proactively engage in tasks in anticipation of business needs
- Manage highly confidential and critical information for your customers
- Organize and participate in meetings, take minutes etc.
- Manage travel arrangements
- Act as first point of contact for any team queries
- Organize events and conferences
- Create and manage presentations, reports and databases using PowerPoint, Excel and Team sites
- Manage orders, expenses, purchasing process and receipts through SAP
- Ensure timely flow of information
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
- Ensure that your activities are performed at your best, on time & in required quality

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 2500 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
