You work in Mondelēz International Business Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience. In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute

Your scope of responsibility will be focused on recruitment administration, supporting the whole recruitment administration process for Poland and Hungary, especially:

- Building and maintaining positive business relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
- Posting job adverts on external job boards
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Creating internal offers and contracts
- Filing new hire documents as per record retention policy
- Contacting managers with onboarding instructions

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR field (preferable in Shared Service)
- Fluent in English, Hungarian & Polish
- Communicative level of English (B2)

Work schedule:

- Full time, hybrid work model

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting at: 1,150 € plus bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

No Relocation support available.
