Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

How you will contribute:

As a Freight Billing Specialist, you will manage the Freight Billing activities (FB) in the European Load Control Centre (LCC) by being responsible for creation of Freight Invoices for Mondelez and in INET / Oracle (TMS) as well as being a backup for another Freight billing Specialist.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 

- efficient use of INET Freight costs Management system and SAP, ensuring that data are complete and updated on a timely basis, preparing the orders in INET to be ready for freight billing, upload the system with necessary data
- fixing system errors by transport orders in INET on a daily basis, preparing error report
- confirmation of Goods Receipts in SAP (via COUPA), communication with Accounts Payable teams
- shared responsibility for generic Freight Billing mailbox, responding to queries from carriers and internal colleagues
- ensuring smooth freight billing run twice per month (responsibility for CE, France, Benelux for UK & Nordic countries, Hungary, Poland, DACH region)
- checking of all invoices in regard of prices and volumes invoiced according to all internal and external requirements
- approval of correct invoices and issue management of incorrect invoices in order to ensure timely payment / issue resolution
- integration of new service provider Integration of new billing services (warehousing / administration)
- being accountable for archiving of all invoices according to legal and internal requirements
- opportunity to work on projects within Logistics Operations and the Load Control Centre

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Min 2 years experience in finance area, preferably in accounts payable AP, Transportation Management System INET/OTM
- University education in economics
- SAP R/3 , Microsoft office advanced
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- Team orientation, accuracy, reliability
- Organizing & coordinating abilities
