You are a specialist in a processes and workstream in payroll area at Mondelēz International Business Services with the focus on execution of payroll procedures connected to the global acquisition project implementation, working to support local team in relevant service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your process and service knowledge and experience in payroll area to ensure that service level agreements and obligations with regard to the project implementation requirements are met. You will support local team during the implementation period, contributing to standardization and simplification of processes, and to smooth integration of new employees into MDLZ systems.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Economy or HR

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What you will bring

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

- Payroll process area
- Working in a shared service organization
- Being a good team player and influencing others
- Providing administrative support to the team during the complex implementation period
- Mapping and business requirements gathering
- Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative

Education / Certifications:
- High school/Bachelor degree, preferably with focus on Economy or HR areas

Job specific requirements:
- Slovak and English language - Advanced
- Preferably advanced excel user (usage of formulas such as CONCAT, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF etc.)
- Experience with WorkDay/Cominfo/SAP/Softip/RON systems is an advantage

Work schedule:
- Mon- Fri, part time
