Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is a fixed term maternity cover position for a minimum of 1 year.

You will act as the master shopper on behalf of the Marketing Services Team. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Creation of Purchase Requisitions
- Be the expert and linkage to purchase indirect goods and services for the organization/end users, follow-up on approvals when needed
- Posting of the Goods Receipts requested by the end users / Perform Goods Receipt in Coupa System
- Support marketers/requesters with the opening of new vendors in SAP and missing Vendors in Coupa
- Provide final solution by regular follow ups to cover E2E process
- Support Account Payable department with invoice resolution from business perspective
- Acknowledgment of smooth process setup/changes – request for OSR, MD teams, and all related departments
- Acknowledgement of Spot Buy Result
- Acknowledge requests within KPI’s/SLA’s
- Be Key User – joining the regular meetings, discuss cases/situations, finding the best solutions to handle and drive the current process, bringing own ideas to speed up and harmonize process
- Close cooperation with other internal / external teams – Procurement, Account Payable, Internal Controls and Finance.
- Initiate and develop communication with the marketers/requesters, working with them to optimize and enhance mutual cooperation. Be able to communicate key insights.
- Optional activity may include the WBS creation, Budget Shift creation, Reporting tasks
- Other Ad hoc requests from the direct manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP administration - basic
Microsoft Excel - basic

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- University degree would be an asset
- Very good communications skills (in English) both verbal and in the written form are a must
- 1-2 years of previous experience with Shared Services Organizations will be an asset
- Customer focus, combined with attention to detail, high organizational skills, problem solving as well as strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Case Management platforms / tools focused on the creation of Tickets / Purchase Requisitions / query resolution would be an asset
