Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities:

• Accountable for establishing and delivering Cz/Sk business plans and P&L in line with regional and corporate strategy, including setting goals, objectives, and metrics for commercial objectives.
• Secure that financial, through the FAD and sales forecasting (MBM), is professionally managed and Key Economic Drivers
• Accountable for managing Cz/Sk pricing in line with CEE and global guidelines including determining pricing
• Accountable for developing and managing sales strategy including forecasting, developing partner/alliance relationships, and setting overall sales budgets and goals.
• Accountable for ensuring effective and efficient sales management across the region, including Sales lead generation, Bid and Proposal Management, Sales order management, sales force management.
• Accountable for Public relations towards external stakeholders and overall government and industry interfaces in Cz/Sk.
• Accountable for execution of the people related policies & processes in Cz/Sk region including acquisition; termination; talent development; reward, competence & leadership development.
• Accountable for defining the demands and managing market access in Cz/Sk.

Your profile:

• Entrepreneurial spirit: results and solution oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong business acumen, performance driven and customer focused
• Substantial sales experience and understanding of the local medical devices industry
• Local market experience in surgical solutions, reliable network to different stakeholders
• Gained experience in a number of different positions, including cross-functional projects
• Strategic and analytical mind-set as well as a holistic view
• Authentic leadership ability, experience in leading and managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Czech and Slovak
• Flexibility to travel
