Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us drive revenue growth and frictionless customer journey.
In this role, you will advise cross-functional leaders using analytics and insights to inform growth in sales, customer retention, and long-term customer value while leveraging your analytical expertise to inform product offerings, support our land and expand customer strategy, reduce customer acquisition costs, and inform price changes.
You will help us ensure that the analytic outputs are data-driven and well-tailored to better understand customers, pricing effectiveness, market opportunities, and the needs of stakeholders.

What you will do
• Stay on top of revenue – drive CRM data accuracy, understand drivers & produce accurate forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer success to improve pipeline & funnel drivers, and existing customer health for renewal, upsell and churn
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, pricing, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and sales process improvements
• Lead and support the sales/CS team processes including quotes, contracts, pricing, deal desk, and quotas/commission plan structure
• Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting
• Own order to invoice process and license management – data accuracy sign-off, licensing, invoicing and ARR recognition

Personality requirements and skills

• 3-5+ years of full-time work experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations or Management Consulting capacity (software SaaS industry)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA a plus)
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities
• Ability to cross-functionally build trust, acted as a proven liaison between multiple departments
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and excellent data visualization skills in Hubspot, Qlik and Excel
• Ability to summarize data insights in a polished, meaningful and engaging way to teams and executives
• Ability to manage simultaneously multiple, high priority projects
