Process Development Engineer (R&D)

We are searching for a member of young R&D team, working for highly innovative development projects.

The research and development center MDCK (Minebea Development Centre Košice) collaborates very closely with the Technology Center Europe GmbH in Germany. It offers the best experts from the fields of information technology, electrical engineering, science and research the opportunity to work together. In addition to processing products manufactured directly in the factory in Košice, the center also focuses on innovation projects in medicine and robotics, as well as SMART solutions for households and cities.
Minebea Slovakia s.r.o. focuses on the development and production of electronically commutated BLDC motors and innovative drive technologies for automotive and industrial customers.

- Coordination and implementation of new production processes
- Review production documentations acc. fulfilment and correctness
- Coordination and execution process / component DOE in corporation with development center
- Coordinating and implementation of new production processes
- Creation of specification requirement documents for new production equipment
- Installation and qualification of new production equipment
- Optimization of existing production processes regarding effectiveness, costs, quality and handling
- Preparation and documentation of tests and analyses
- Communication interface between development in Germany and production in Slovakia

- Floating working time (8 working hours) with core hours (Mo-Th 9:15-15:00 and Fr 9:15-12:00) with Saldo system 35 hours +/-
- Annual wage increase depending on performance
- Yearly bonus based on performance
