Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Fully involved in the business activities of the CEO Group Operations including contents that are sensitive and highly confidential, and support the CEO Group Operations direct reports as needed
• Responsible to proactively manage schedules and calendars (organization of meetings, conferences, team events and off-sites including managing conflicts and deadlines)
• Coordinate team events & communication
• Arrange travel itineraries, ensure adequate administrative cover and logistical activities, including travel & entertainment expense filings
• Support, participate and coordinate ad hoc projects of CEO Operations on administrative and logistics matters
• Prepare presentation materials and vital documents
• Interact professionally with all levels of company employees, customers & vendors
• We perform ad hoc tasks as required
• Coordinate monthly agenda for the CEO´s meetings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 2 years experience in an Executive Assistant role serving senior management
• Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous environment, proactively manage schedules
• Self-starter, think ahead, ability to quickly adapt and execute in organized manner
• Very strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to manage priorities of different stakeholders with different deadlines in the most efficient way
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Ability to execute in a multifaceted, changing and matrix environment
• It is encouraged to carry out daily work without a lot of instructions and/or mentorship
• Great teammate with clear communication skills, self-motivated, dedicated and results driven person
• Engaging and motivating, strong problem solving with sound organization skills
• Ability to successfully get along with all levels of management to complete tasks
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Intermediate of English and Slovak.
