  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 800 EUR/monthMinimum payment 1800 eur / month, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offerd overpay.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- develop the European market for powder metal products in selected industries
- actively generate high quality sales leads and manage business opportunities
- actively promote Miba Sinter Technology at customer presentations and industry events
- translate customer demands&pain points into value adding solutions
- be in close cooperation with product&application engineering to create highest customer value
- contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of Sinter Industrial Components
- involve relevant internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure further business development

Personality requirements and skills

- sales experience with industrial background, preferably one of the following: industrial automation, robotics, machine building, electric drives or powder metal experience preferably non-automotive with or without previous sales experience
- industry experience (see above) e.g. engineering or purchasing
- solid engineering background preffered, university degree
- English B2 minimum, German language is also prefered, and in addition, any other European language is a benefit
- openness, team spirit, enthusiasm
- persistance, deal making spirit
- excellent communication, negotiation skills and networking skills
- MS Office, CRM, SAP
- travel around 70% of the time
- remote working from any location in Central Europe is possible, but with strong connection to the production site in Dolný Kubín, Slovakia
