Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities
• Customer perspective:
o Handling of incoming inquiries and orders
o Communication with customers on daily basis – mostly per e-mail
o Coordination of delivery dates with customers and inhouse
• Logistics perspective:
o Tracking of incoming shipments and updating internal systems
o Coordination of goods on the way and goods on stock to have them available for delivery on time
o Cooperation and communication with warehouse
o Preparation and coordination of dispatches for customers
o Evaluating transportation options and transport booking
o Tracking of deliveries to customers
