Job description, responsibilities and duties

Inside Sales Representative - Central Europe (with German or English)

Memmert has been active in Slovakia since January 2013. We started as a center for sales and customer support and over the 8 years we have transformed into regional business center of Memmert.

Inside Sales Representative (with German or English)

Memmert Central Europe is the regional division within Memmert corporate that intakes customer and business partners returns in Central Europe, Baltics and Balkan regions. Current annual sales value of CE products is estimated at $5M sold in 15 countries.

Our business partners are the driving sales force through the daily communication with both private and corporate customers and dealers within region we are gradually increasing Memmert market share in Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

Serving business partners needs through phone and email
Monitor competitive activity within accounts and take appropriate pro-active / re-active measures to protect existing revenue base and growth opportunities
Review actual achievement versus your targets with your direct manager,
continuously invests into own Self-development (technical trainings, soft skills)
Engage marketing team to help to drive marketing programs and activities, to review competitor information
Resolve technical concerns in an efficient and timely manner
yelding knowledge of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service and customization.

Fluent German or English communication skills, written and spoken is must
One eastern european language is asset
Ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently.
Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc activities
Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization (telephone, email)
Previous experience in Sales Environment is asset
University degree with machinery, electrical or chemical background
